Darts.
The finals of the annual darts match took place as usual in the Coll Hotel when Alan Gallacher achieved an effective 6-2 win over Kevin Oliphant.

Pool.
Following her narrow defeat last year, Julie managed to redeem the Oliphant honour at this year's match when she 'slaughtered' (to use her own word) John James, 6 games to 2. Seemingly, the shame of it was all too much for John who, shortly after, gathered together his family and chattels and quit the island for sunnier climes.

Yachting.
On 18th. May, the Coll Hotel Trophy Race from Tobermory to Coll, either will take place or has already taken place (depending when the Magazine is published!). The return leg to Tobermory is for the Commodore's Cup.
