A Taste of Coll.

Corncrake Parcels:
INGREDIENTS:                                                SAUCE:
6 - 8 sliced corncrakes;                                   Cup of cream;
4 tablespoons cream cheese;                            1 tablespoon mayonnaise;
1 tablespoon mayonnaise;                                Juice of another ½ bottle
Cream to bind;                                                Dip to colour.
Grass to taste; 
Juice of ½ bottle;
1 teaspoon fertiliser.

METHOD:
1. Line and overlap 4 ramekins with black polythene.
2. Arrange sliced corncrake within together with cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream, grass and Juice of first ½ bottle.
3. Fold over polythene to seal.
4. Place at edge of field to mature for at least six months.
5. Serve with sauce garnished with cheek and Invite RSPB to dinner.
